3. ADVERTISING SERVICES
3.1 slowlanelife.co.za and its service providers are not liable for any claims relating to the use of our advertising or design services.
3.2 We will not be held liable for financial loss or inconvenience caused by website downtime, hosting issues, or connectivity problems beyond our control.
3.3 All advertisements are published only after approval by the advertiser. slowlanelife.co.za cannot be held responsible for incorrect details, pricing errors, or inaccurate product descriptions.
3.4 It is the advertiser’s responsibility to review all published information. Any errors must be reported to us immediately via email or phone.
3.5 Advertising fees are billed monthly in advance for the upcoming month.
3.6 Payments must be made into the designated account using the correct reference or successfully processed via debit order.
3.7 Invoices will be sent by the 3rd day of each month and payment must be received by the 7th.
3.8 Failure to make payment by the 7th will result in removal of the advertisement from the website until payment is received.
3.9 If an advertisement is removed due to non-payment, the advertising space may be allocated to another client.
3.10 Advertisements will be reinstated within 48 hours after payment confirmation is received.
3.11 Advertisers wishing to cancel services must provide 30 days’ written notice.
4. RIGHT OF REFUSAL
4.1 slowlanelife.co.za reserves the right to refuse any application for advertising at our discretion.
4.2 Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or publication of an advertisement.
4.3 By submitting an application for services or advertising, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
5. DISPUTES
5.1 All disputes relating to slowlanelife.co.za or any advertised product or service shall be governed by South African law, and the jurisdiction of South African courts shall apply.
6. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION (POPIA COMPLIANCE)
6.1 All personal information supplied by clients or visitors will be handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, unless legally required.
7. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS
